Today we begin a new series of interesting stories about the history of one of the most famous burials of the times of the Cossack era found in Kyiv-Pechersk Monastery necropolis.

 

Hours of operation of the Preserve on Saturdays and Sundays (November 14-15, 2020; November 21-22, 2020 and November 28-29, 2020)

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of
November 11, 2020 № 1100 on the introduction of the weekend lockdown in Ukraine, National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Preserve will be closed for visitors from November 14, 2020 to November 30, 2020

On other weekdays, the Preserve will continue operating in its regular mode.

Dear friends!

We continue to present cultural objects from the Fund collection of the Preserve. Today, within our “Artistic Heritage” column, you will get knowledge about the brocade phelonion vestment of 1719. (KPL-T-9, 140x200 cm).

To the attention of the visitors!

Due to the restoration works of the Gate Church of the Trinity, the central entrance to the Preserve will be closed from 16.11.2020 to 15.12.2020
